HPS · Specialized Work at Height

We service facades where conventional access is not enough

We perform maintenance, sealing, cleaning, repairs, and waterproofing on facades and elevated elements, selecting the access method according to the task, property, and actual project conditions.

Access + Execution

The challenge is not only reaching the area. It is working with control.

In work-at-height projects, access is part of the solution. We first define what needs to be corrected, then select the method that allows the work to be performed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact on building operations.

What We Solve

Specialized Services Directly on the Facade

We combine multiple specialties in a single intervention to address preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial, commercial, and corporate properties.

01Seals & Water Intrusion

Rehabilitation of joints, window interfaces, and vulnerable points where water can penetrate the building envelope.

02Facades & Restoration

Corrective interventions to restore facade elements, address deterioration, and prepare surfaces for long-term preservation.

03Cleaning & Maintenance

Technical cleaning and maintenance of elevated areas requiring specialized access and coordination with building operations.

04Components & Fasteners

Localized work on facade components when conventional access is difficult or would require disproportionate mobilization.

Access Methodology

Access is defined for each project

Height, geometry, duration, and type of intervention determine the most efficient way to reach the work area without overcomplicating the operation.

Rope Access

For vertical facades, localized areas, and routes requiring direct mobility along the building envelope.

Aerial Work Platforms

When maneuvering space is available and the work requires moving tools, equipment, or larger materials.

Scaffolding & Auxiliary Systems

For longer interventions or continuous areas where a stable working platform is advantageous.

Service Documentation

Photographic Reporting & Drone Follow-Up

We document each intervention before, during, and after the work to provide visibility, control, and clear evidence of the result.

Technology Behind the Service

Technical detail, available when the project requires it

Each work front requires different materials, tools, and procedures. Here we summarize the criteria we typically review before defining the solution.

Joint Sealing & Facade Interfaces

We review joint geometry, condition of the existing sealant, adhesion, expected movement, and required preparation before installing a new system.

Sealant RemovalPreparationBacker RodElastomeric SealantsAdhesion Control
Water Intrusion & Localized Waterproofing

The point where moisture appears does not always match the point of water entry. Assessment should consider joints, terminations, interfaces, seals, fasteners, and continuity of the building envelope.

Restoration, Mortars & Localized Repairs

Repairs at height are defined according to substrate type, depth of deterioration, exposure, and expected finish, focusing only on the areas that require intervention.

Paints & Coatings

We prepare the surface and select the paint or coating system according to exposure, substrate, existing conditions, and required performance.

Sealers & Surface Protection

We apply protective systems to reduce water absorption and environmental exposure on compatible surfaces after reviewing their condition and porosity.

Access Planning & Area Release

Before starting, we define work sequence, exclusion zones, access points, material routes, and release criteria so work at height is integrated with property operations.

Do you need to service a facade or hard-to-reach area?

We review the issue, work front, and building conditions to define the right technical solution and most appropriate access method.
